Audience
This qualification is ideally suited to people who are training and assessing people competency
in a workplace/industry related environment.
Majority of assessment work is completed in class.
Course Objectives
To provide frontline managers with critical skills in planning, preparing, delivering, assessing and
improving small-group training interventions. This know-how is core to organisational success
given the effectiveness of such training in adult learning situations. Managers will learn the latest
delivery methodologies and how to create effective training materials to overcome learning
barriers such as negative inertia.
