latest delivery methodologies and how to create effective training materials to overcome learning
barriers such as negative inertia.
Assessment Criteria and Evidence Requirements
Assessment tasks will be a mixture of classroom-based, project-based, workplace activities and
simulations. Participants need to be able to access opportunities to complete assessments in their
workplace.
If participants do not have the opportunities required to complete assessments, the opportunities
may be arranged with Forsythes IT & Training in conjunction with the Local Government Training
Institute and may incur additional fees.
