Overview
The SharePoint site members course is designed to introduce end users to the most commonly used features of
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). In this course, students navigate and search SharePoint sites,
work with document libraries and lists, add and modify content, use the document management features, use the
new Outlook integration features, use the recycle bin, set and manage alerts, manage lists, workflows, use
views in SharePoint, create and use document and meeting workspaces.
Prerequisites
Before attending this course, it is highly recommended that students have had some exposure to Microsoft Office,
preferably 2007, Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer.
Note - This course is oriented towards Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS), but parts of it are
also applicable to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS).
