Frontline Management
Qualifications in Frontline Management are the most popular generic qualification in Australia
and an essential ingredient for the effective development of up and coming supervisors and managers.
What is a Frontline Management qualification?
The Frontline Management initiative was developed to help Australian organisations to improve productivity
and management performance in the frontline from team leaders through to line managers with responsibility
for the strategic direction of the business.
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management caters to individuals with a low to medium level of authority within
the organisation.
The Diploma is designed for those who hold, or wish to hold, higher management positions. These roles would involve
providing support to senior management and managing staff members.
The Certificate IV level is made up out of 8 units of competence. 5 of these units are core units and 3 units are elective.
