Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
Each month an engineer is booked to go out on-site to perform a variety of ‘preventative’ measures to ensure your server and network stay functional. Eg: Checking virus definitions, disk usage, backup reports, logs, etc.

Each customer receives an abbreviated report on their network showing the work that was carried out. It can include a List of Suggestions we believe require your attention, highlighting if an issue is critical and the impact of non-action would be severe.

Monthly or Quarterly On-Site Support

This involves pre-scheduled on-site support calls of either a half-day or full-day, preferably at the same time each month. Eg: Every second Tuesday of every month. The work performed can be a mixture of monthly maintenance, desktop support or general network tasks.

Bulk Hours can be purchased which entitles the customer to contract rates once payment has been received. Times/Dollars debited will depend on the type of service being provided, time of day and response time requested.
