Deployment Services
Installation and Deployment Fleet Services
- Unpack and place PC/Notebook on desk
- Plug-in and relocate packaging to central area
Assumptions
- Floor Plans will be provided to Forsythes IT
- A customer representative will provide location information
- Installation is to occur in one premisis at this rate
- At least 2 weeks prior notice will be provided
- Customer will be responsible for disposal of packaging
- A day is equal to 8 working hours with an hour lunch break
A post transaction satisfaction analysis will be conducted to ensure customer satisfaction.
Options
- If the customer has a tight installation time frame, more than one engineer per day is available.
- If there is further requirments not listed in this quote, please advise prior to commencement of work.
- Forsythes IT can provide a deployment plan, which is charged separately to this quote.
Forsythes IT can provide Project Management services based around Prince 2 methodology, which is charged separately to this quote.
